You may preview vehicles 3 hours prior to start of auction. Bidding starts at 2:00.

Everyone entering the lot must sign in on the preview sheet.

All bidders must sign in and leave a copy of their ID prior to the start of the auction.

Bidders must be 18 years or older.

Permanent bidders: (Wrecking Yards or Car Dealers with current Dealers License; proof required) If you are bidding for a Wrecking Yard or Car Dealer you must be listed as their authorized agent. ID is required. We will keep your ID on file. Licenses will be reviewed at the first of every year.

At the close of auction all bidders and guests are asked to proceed to the office for payment. Payment is required immediately following auction.

Staff will be in the office until 5pm following the close of auction. Bidders are in default if payment is not received before close of business that day. Any bidder who defaults on a vehicle will not be allowed at future auctions.

We accept cash and credit cards for all auctions.

Auction vehicles are sold AS IS. There is No Warranty: Expressed or Implied.

Objects and/or Trash may be NOT removed from any vehicle.

The gate will be open to remove vehicles until 5:00pm the day of the auction, vehicles not removed within 24 hours will be charged storage.

Management reserves the right to ban any person or business from any auction.
